Excellent customer service. WAY above and beyond. Best experience in more than 10yrs. Needed my lower control arms replaced on my 2014 GMC ACADIA. They worked with my “after market” warranty. They found additional stabilizer bushings that needed to be replaced also. Spoke to Krystel, she was very professional, and able to give me a loaner. Another shop in Auburn told me I had to pay $1000, because my warranty would not pay “market” rate for parts or labor. Well that was a lie, as Central Ave Auto not only shocked me by only charging me my $100. deductible, but put up with the warranty company not wanting to authorize a 2nd shop to work on my SUV.
