We recently asked one of our customers, Lori S. What she looks for when she’s choosing an automotive repair shop for her vehicles. Here’s what she had to say:

“When I take my vehicle in for repairs, I want to know that I am not being taken advantage of because I am a woman and may “not know anything about cars.” I am looking for a business that places integrity, honesty, and full communication over making a quick buck. When I choose a mechanic, I want someone who has both experience and strong communication skills.
